Our Story
The Mission of The Indiana Fire Chaplain Corps is to
- serve fire chaplains at the local level in cooperation with the Federation of Fire Chaplains and other chaplain organizations;
- support the ministries of volunteer and career fire department chaplains;
- assist fire service agencies in developing and improving fire chaplaincy programs in their departments;
- bring educational and training opportunities to our state - basic and advanced chaplain training - in cooperation with the FFC, ICISF, IDHS, FEMA, SFM and others;
- and to provide opportunities for networking and mutual support and encouragement to fire chaplains serving in Indiana.
